Returns at Iron Tanks are easy and hassle free! Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and we work very hard to maintain it.
We operate under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Below are the terms and conditions set out.
Item(s) may be returned under the following conditions;
- Items can be returned within 60 days from purchase date
- Items must not be used, washed, soiled or damaged by the customer
- Items must have original tags and packaging
Item(s) that are not returnable or refundable are;

Delivery Service Updates
*24th November, 2022 - Extreme weather and flooding has causing significant damage and closure of rail lines and major roads connecting the east coast to Western Australia. AusPost has suspended their regular service to WA until further notice. This is a temporary measure until the repairs are carried out where services can resume. Express Post is the only available delivery option at this point in time for our WA customers.
