Item(s) may be returned under the following conditions;
- Items can be returned within 60 days from purchase date
- Items must not be used, washed, soiled or damaged by the customer
- Items must have original tags and packaging
Item(s) that are not returnable or refundable are;
- Posing trunks (hygienic reasons)
- Gift cards
- Promotional items and free gifts
Items that are returned which do not adhere to the conditions above will be returned back to the customer.
At Iron Tanks, we strive to make returns as easy as possible.
In the event that you require a change in size, colour, product, or are simply not happy with your purchase, please return your original items for a refund or store credit, and place a new order on the site for the correct items.
Customers opting to choose a refund will have the value of the items returned back to their original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
Customers opting to choose a store credit will receive an additional 10% for the value of the items (110%), in the form of a digital gift voucher (excluding shipping fees).
STEPS TO BEGIN A RETURN
1. Please ensure items being returned adhere to our Returns Policy.
2. Contact our support team HERE to initiate a return for your original items. We will respond within 24-48 hours and provide you with a RMA form along with instructions.
3. Please place a new order on our website at any time for the correct items.
4. Fill out our RMA form and include it with the original items that are being returned. We recommend customers return items via a traceable or registered method.
5. Items received that adhere to our Returns Policy, will have their claims processed immediately, as a refund or store credit as per customer request.
