How much does shipping cost?

 

We offer FREE shipping on;

1. Orders over $100 AUD to Australian/New Zealand customers.

2. Orders over $200 AUD to Worldwide customers.

Delivery of your new products is handled with great care here at Iron Tanks HQ.

All our deliveries are shipped via Australia Post eParcel system, direct to your door, anywhere in Australia and Overseas. All our delivery services come with some form of tractability.

*Please note, customers must select the free shipping option during the checkout process.

 

For purchases below the free shipping amount;

A. "Flat Rate" Registered Shipping for Australian customers at $7.95 AUD

B. Express Shipping is calculated on an individual basis via weight and location.

C. International Shipping is calculated on an individual basis via weight, location and service type.

 

Customers from Victoria also have a "Local Pickup" option during the checkout process and can collect their order from our headquarters located in Burwood, Victoria.

What type of shipping do you offer?

 

We currently use Australia Post as our shipping provider through their eParcel system. We provide the following delivery options; 

 

Australia  

- eParcel [Default]

- eParcel Express

Both services are traceable.

 

International 

- Pack and Track International [Default]

- Registered Post International [Requires signature on delivery]

- Express Courier International [Super fast courier service with signature]

 

By default, we use eParcel and Pack and Track International shipping methods.

Both methods (including Express Courier International) come with a tracking number that can be tracked here

For International customers, you will also have better tractability once the parcel has entered into your country. For example, a customer in the United States can use "USPS" and enter the tracking number there to see the parcel status with more detailed information.

 

For countries that do not allow us to use Pack and Track International, we will use Registered Post - International which has limited tracking while in transit, but will be visible once it has arrived into the destination country. It will require a signature on delivery otherwise it will not be left at your premise, and taken to a local post office for collection.

 

Alternatively, customers can choose to purchase Express Courier International if they wish at checkout. This is a quick service, generally 2-5 days for delivery, world wide.

When can I expect my item to arrive?

 

Items are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours after an order has been placed and paid for.

Please take these as a rough guide. Generally, orders are received quite quickly. However, they are subject to circumstances out of our control such as

- Peak times (Christmas, back logs etc)

- Weather affecting logistics, floods, bush fires and tumultuous weather.

- Strikes

 

These circumstances are far, few and between.

If you have not received your item(s) more than 5 working days after the "estimated" time of arrival, please contact us and we will investigate further.

 

Can I track my parcel?

 

All our delivery services come with a traceable method.

Within Australia, eParcel and eParcel express are traceable from pickup to delivery, with regular email updates.

For international customers, most parcels are sent via secure Pack and Track or Express Courier International service, both of which have direct door-to-door tracking.

Registered Post International has limited tracking while in transit, but will be visible once it has arrived into the destination country. It will require a signature.

We allow pickups via appointment only.

Customers are welcome to try on item(s) or pick up orders.

Do you ship Internationally?

Absolutely. We ship locally and worldwide to almost every country using Australia Post or courier methods such as DHL.

Parcels are shipped 24-48 hours after payment has been received.
